Eurasian Economic Union extends anti-dumping duty on Ukraini

On August 5, 2016, the Eurasian Economic Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled angle steel originating in Ukraine. On October 4, 2017, according to Resolution No. 133 of the Eurasian Economic Commission on October 3, 2017, the Eurasian Economic Union officially imposed a 37.89% anti-dumping duty on the products involved in Ukraine. On March 9, 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission launched the first sunset review investigation into the case. The products involved are low-alloy and alloy hot-rolled equilateral angle steel with a flange (including carbon) width of 20 mm to 200 mm, involving tariff headings 7216 21 000 0, 7216 40 100 0, 7216 50 100 0, 7216 50 990 0 and 7228 Products under 70 1000, excluding corrosion-resistant hot-rolled angles.
